1.Introduction

  Mr.Citrano had facilitated this general meeting as Mr.Kimura had to join from a hospital this time.

 Mr.Citrano introduced an overview of MIS PTA.

 Our vice president introduced board members for FY2023.

The number of board members is 25.

We are still looking for members from K3Y,G5Y and G6Y.

2.Report from Event Committee

 ・16 members in the Event Committee this year.

 ・ Aims — follow the bylaw

 ・Suggested events — Picnic and Game Day,Family Picnic and Treasure Hunt(maybe off site location),Information Session for parents

 ・If anyone would like to suggest or share ideas, please contact the event mail account anytime.

＊About Donation — Mr.Citrano explained that PTA contributes something school needs once every two years and school has started gathering the idea for this donation.

3.Report from Treasure Committee

 Budget for FY2023

 Explained this year’s income and expected expenses.

＊The budget for FY2023 has been approved at this meeting.

4.Report from IT Committee

 Q&A for how to use PTA IT tools.

 Develop training to onboard new PTA members in 2024.

 1 or 2 members are required.

5.Report from Donation Committee

 PTA donated books to the classroom library last year.

 Any ideas are welcomed.

6.Report from PR Committee

 Taking the minutes for each monthly meeting and the general meeting.

 We also update the minutes on the MIS PTA website.

 The Newsletter will be issued once in each term so we are preparing for the newsletter of 

this term.

7. From Mr.Kimura

 There is no IT Committee mentioned in the current bylaw so we need to change it.

 If you have any questions or ideas for any activities please feel free to contact us anytime.

8.Words from Mr.Citrano

Thank you so much for all parents’ support and cooperating for making a good environment for students. The bazaar had finished with great success. I appreciate continuous cooperation.

MIS PTA 総会

1. はじめに

本日の総会は、シトラノ校長が進行してくださいます。

シトラノ校長よりMIS PTA概要の説明がありました。

副会長より今年度の委員の紹介がありました。

現時点で役員は２５名です。

引き続きK3Y,G5Y,G6Yからの連絡係をやって下さる方を募集中です。

2.イベント委員会より報告

・今年は16人の方がイベント委員会に参加してくださっています。

・目的 — PTA規約参照

・提案されたイベント — ピクニック/ゲームデー、ファミリーピクニック＆宝探し(学校外？)、保護者対象の説明会

・もし何か提案して下さる、もしくはアイデアをシェアしてくださる場合は、いつでもイベント委員会のメールにご連絡ください。

・１学期のイベント　バザー

・２学期予定しているイベント　テリーフォックスラン

・３学期予定しているイベント　先生方とスタッフの皆さんへのランチ会

＊寄付について　シトラノ校長より、PTAが学校/生徒に必要とされるものを２年に１度寄付していることを説明してくださいました。現在は先生方のご意見を聞いたりアイデアを集めています。

3.会計委員会より報告

・2023年度予算

・今年度の収入と予想される出費の説明

＊本年度の予算は本会議にて承認されました。

4.IT委員会より報告

・PTAのITツールの使い方に関する質問に対する回答。

・2024年に参加して下さるメンバーのためのトレーニングを開発。

・あと１、２名のメンバーを募集しています。

5.寄付委員会より報告

・PTAは昨年学級図書館(各クラスルームに設置されています）に本を寄付しました。

寄付に関するアイデアがあればいつでもシェアしてください。

6.PR委員会より報告

・月例の役員会議、および総会の議事録を作成し、PTAのウェブサイトにアップしています。

・ニュースレターは各学期毎に発行しています。

7.木村会長より

現行の規約にはIT委員会の記載がないため、規約の更新が必要です。

新しい活動のアイデアや意見がありましたらいつでもご連絡ください。

8.シトラノ校長よりご挨拶

本校の全ての保護者の皆さん、生徒たちのために良い環境を作るために常に協力・サポートしていただき本当にありがとうございます。

バザーも大盛況で、大きな成功に終わりました。
