MIS PTA Monthly Meeting May 2024
Date: May 7th (Tuesday)

Introduction (Principal Citrano)
Various preparations for the Bazaar are underway at the school. The Raffle prizes have arrived, and the students participating in the performance are practicing hard.
Event Committee (Winky san)
Regarding the preparation for the Bazaar on May 18th (Saturday), the preparation is progressing smoothly according to the list.
Due to the small number of volunteers, the yo-yo stall will be postponed this time, and the drink stall and bouncy castle will be handled in morning and afternoon shifts.
As for the drinks, it was decided to sell those donated by the parents this year. Considering the difficulty of preparing change last time, the price of juice in paper packs will be 100 yen, and PET bottles will be 200 yen.
The drinks will arrive at MIS on May 10th (Friday). On the day before the Bazaar, May 17th (Friday), preparations such as transporting drinks will be carried out for about an hour from 2:30pm. Orientation for volunteers will be conducted on the day.
A cart for carrying luggage will be purchased as it was confirmed that there is no problem with the budget.
If there are any suggestions for this year's event, please propose to the event committee.
Accounting Committee(Chiaki san)
Currently formulating the budget for the fiscal year 2024.
The official budget reflecting the Bazaar's sales will be reported at the General Membership Meeting. If there are any additional purchase requests, please contact the accounting committee.
For future purchases, please email the person in charge of accounting with a photo of the receipt attached. At that time, include the auditor in the copy.
IT Committee (Atsushi san)
Created a mailing list for the fiscal year 2024.
Conducted an explanatory meeting on website updates.
The annual fee for Google Workplace has been paid with a personal card.
Donation Committee (Yukie san)
Regarding the gazebo, Aneby has prepared and submitted documents for the building application to Chiba City with the help of Orii-san in the MIS office.
From this year, we decided to solicit donations from parents for the drinks to be sold at the Bazaar. We created a wishlist and distributed it via Haihai mail, and we received support from many parents, achieving our target quantity in two days. We have asked for delivery on May 10th. We have already sent individual thank-you emails to the parents who donated, which also serve as reminders.
PR Committee
Participated in the explanatory meeting on website updates.
We will prepare a notice for the PTA general meeting in the future.
About the General Meeting
At the PTA General Membership Meeting to be held on May 28th, resolutions at the general meeting are required for the new school year's budget and each committee's activity plan based on the articles of association.
Approval of officers does not require a resolution (can be resolved among officers and has already been announced at the general meeting in March).
The next meeting will be the PTA General Membership Meeting. It will be on May 28th (Tuesday) from 12:15. Each Committee Chair should be prepared to present.

バザーについて、学校でも色々な準備が進んでいる。Rafflesの商品も届いており、パフォーマンスに参加する生徒も一生懸命練習している。

5月18日(土)のバザー準備について
準備はリストに沿って順調に進行中。ヨーヨー屋台については、ボランティア人数が少ないこともあり今回は見送り、ドリンク屋台とバウンシーキャッスルを午前・午後のシフトに分けて対応する。
ドリンクについて、今年度は保護者から寄付頂いたものを販売することとした。販売価格は、前回おつりの準備が大変だったことを考慮し、紙パックのジュースは100円、ペットボトル200円とする。
5月10日(金)にドリンクがMISへ到着。バザー前日の5月17日(金)、午後2時半から1時間程度で飲み物の運搬等準備を行う。ボランティアへのオリエンテーションは当日に実施する。
次回のミーティングはPTA総会となります。5月28日(火)12:15~です。
