We had 19 attendees for this meeting via Zoom.

1.Activity Report 2022-2023

  Thank you for understanding and supporting PTA’s activities through the year.

・We had 10 board meetings during FY2022.

・We focused on recruiting new members.

・We transferred authority to each committee so that we can clarify our activities.

・We provided our activities to MIS Families.

・We still don’t have enough members so will keep trying to recruit new participants.

2.Report from Each Committee

・Account Committee

     Balance 2022   ¥2,451,463

     Expenses     total ¥430,662

     Income PTA Fee   ¥1,970,010

     It’s approved unanimously.

・Event Committee

     ・Review 2022

          We planned and held Crosswalk Monitoring, Family Picnic Day, Terry Fox Run, and 

          Teachers and Staff Appreciation Lunch.

          Our vision in 2022 was “Reconnect and rebuild the MIS community for supporting our 

          children’s education” , “Create a happy post-COVID MIS community” and “Rebuild a 

          happy MIS community to support our children’s education”. 

・Donation Committee

       PTA donated books for classroom library as it’s been 10 years since MIS opened and 

       many books are worn out so they need to be renewed.

    Actual results is ¥344,378(only books) and we got a rubber stump for stamping to each 

   donated books.

       PTA donates something to MIS in every 2 years so PTA and school will discuss and 

      plan something for next time.

・PR Committee

     We took the minutes of monthly PTA meeting and uploaded it with some pictures to 

     our website. Also we issued the PTA Newsletter periodically to share our activities.

     We will have more events as the COVID situation will change so we are looking forward 

    to help make opportunities for reconnecting the MIS family.

・IT Committee

     We’ve been supporting how to use the MIS PTA IT tools. Assist with updating making list 

    and website as needed. 

    FY 2022, we put all data to Google Drive so everyone can share the documents.

    If people have changed,anybody will be able to take over our activities.

・Rule Making Committee 

    We made a new bylaw last year so we comply this year.

3. Approve Executive Committee

   According to the bylaw we must select 3 positions by the end of February.

   We have 2 people to hand up.Thank you for your cooperation.

   They were approved unanimously.

4. Planning for FY2023

   We are going to try “1 person from 1 class “ for PTA members. We appreciated 

   for your cooperation and understanding.

5. Words from Mr.Citrano

   Thank you so much for all your continuous support. It’s been successful to reconnect the 

   MIS families and really appreciated your support and understanding.

   There will be lots of thing s to come as the government policy of COVID will change.From

   this April,wearing the masks will be optional, so I’m really excited and looking forward to 

   share time at MIS with all kids and their families in FY 2023.

今回のオンラインでの参加者は１９人でした。

1.2022-2023　活動報告

１年間PTAの活動にご理解、ご協力いただきありがとうございました。

・2022年度は１０回の役員会議が行われました。

・新規役員の募集に重点をおきました。

・それぞれの委員会に権限を移し、各委員会の活動を明確にしました。

・MIS生徒のご家庭にPTAの活動を提供しました。

・PTAの役員数がまだ不足しているため、新規役員をしてくださる方を引き続き募集

　いたします。

・イベント委員会からの報告

　2022年度の振り返り

　私たちは交通安全週間中の横断歩道見守り、ファミリーピクニックデー、スペシャル

　ゲストを迎えてのTerry Fox Run、先生方とスタッフの皆さんへの感謝の気持ちを込めて

　のTeachers and Staff Appreciation Lunchを企画し開催しました。

　私たちの2022年の目標は「MISの家族を再び繋げる、再び関係を作っていき子供達の学校

　生活のサポートをして行く」「コロナ後の幸せなMISコミュニティーをつくる」そして

「幸せなMISコミュニティーを再建して子供達の学校生活をサポートする。」という事で

　した。

・寄付委員会からの報告

　MIS創立か１０年が経ち、クラスルームに設置されている図書コーナーの本が経年劣化

　しているため、先生方と相談して各学年に本を寄贈いたしました。

　実際にかかった金額は、¥344,378（本のみ）です。そして寄贈した本に押すためのスタ　ンプを購入しました。

　PTAは学校と相談して２年毎に寄付をしています。これから次回の寄付のついて検討を

　してまいります。

・PR委員会からの報告

　私たちは毎月行われるPTA役員会議の議事録を作成し、いくつかの写真とともにPTAの

　ウェブサイトにアップロードしてまいりました。また、PTAの活動を皆さんに報告する　　ため定期的にニューズレターを発行しました。来年度は新型コロナウィルスによる状況

　の変化により、さらに多くのことが計画されると思いますので、MISのご家庭を再び繋ぐ

　機会をつくるお手伝いを引き続きできたらと思っています。

・IT委員会からの報告

　私たちはMIS PTA ITツールの使い方についてサポートしてまいりました。また必要時に

　役員のメーリングリストやウェブサイトの更新を行ってきました。2022年度はGoogle

　ドライブに全てのデータを入れ、役員全員がドキュメントをシェアできるようにしまし

　た。それにより、もし役員が変更してもどなたでもPTAの活動を引き継いで行けるように

　なりました。

・規則作成委員会からの報告

　私たちは昨年度に新しくPTA規約を改正いたしました。本年度は新しい規約に則り活動

　してまいりました。

3. 2023年度のPTA新三役の承認

　新しい規約により、新３役を2月末までに選出することが定められています。現PTA役員

　の中から２名の方が立候補してくださり以下の４名が選出されました。ご協力ありがとう

　ございます。

上記４名は本総会にて承認されました。

4. 2023年度の計画

　  私たちはPTA役員を「１クラスから１名」を目指しています。皆様のご理解、ご協力に

　  感謝いたします。

5. シトラノ校長からのお言葉

　皆さんの日頃からのご協力に心から感謝しています。今年度の目標として掲げられたMIS

　ファミリーを再び繋ぐということは皆さんのご理解とサポートなしでは成功しなかったと

　思います。本当に感謝しています。新型コロナウィルスに関する政府の方針が変更される

　ことにより、これから色々なことが動き出すでしょう。まず4月からはマスクの着用が個

　人の選択によるものとされます。来年度もMISでの生徒たちそしてご家族の皆様との活動　を楽しみにしています。
